MANIFESTO - Experimenting with formats

These are some images of the different formats I have been experimenting with. I wanted to explore different ways that I could show the idea or structure and order through typography, layout and format. I started fairly simply by looking at trying to mimic the look of an exam paper or something that is meant to show clarity of information above all else. I was particularly interested in limiting the colour palette to make it seem more functional than decorative. I have been developing the idea of using a visible grid like Wim Crouwel as it is a good way of showing my working method.
